All garments are handmade in Toronto, Canada, so please allow up to 14 business days for all items to get shipped. Customers are responsible for shipping costs and liable once the product has been dispatched by our warehouse. As we do everything we can to try to avoid customs for international orders, all customers outside of the US are responsible for potential customs fees.
All items are available for exchange only for store credit. No refunds are permitted.
Items must be returned in original conditions, neatly packed and with all tags still attached. The returned items must be sent back in their original packaging together with all the materials received with the item/s as well as a copy of the packing list inside.
The item(s) must be unharmed, not worn or altered and must have all original security seals still attached. Kyshe accepts exchanges or store credit within 10 days from the receipt of the merchandise.
Please note that we can only exchange an item for the same article in a similar style, as everything is a one-of-a-kind item. The new size/color will be dispatched as soon as we have received the article that is to be exchanged. The customer is responsible for all shipping. Once the exchange is made the customer will receive a new tracking number once the item(s) have been shipped. Any store credit given to the customer can only be applied to a new order.
Please note that we can only accept exchanges from the country which the shipment was sent to.
In order to start the exchange or store credit process the customers can contact the Kyshe customer care team via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please state the order number, reason for return and whether it’s a request for product exchange or a store credit. The customer is then responsible to ship the product back to the sent address.
Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Please follow the instructions given by the customer care team while sending your return back to Kyshe avoiding any discrepancy. Item(s) that will not match the return policy will not be taken into consideration and can be sent back to the customer at his or her own cost.
Please allow up to 2 to 5 weeks for all pre-order items to get shipped.
Please ensure you select an appropriate shipping method for your city and country.
If you wish to cancel an order it must be done within 24 hours of purchase. Once order starts processing ( in the case of made to order) we do not accept cancellations.
